About Us

Built around your project.

For property owners, developers and companies exploring a digital approach to asset issuance and administration.

Why Ben X

Why consider tokenization?

Create smaller investment units, configure transfer controls and improve digital administration. Investor access, liquidity and financing depend on the structure and distribution arrangements.

Solutions

From first assessment to ongoing support.

01

Project assessment

Understand the asset, objectives, countries and technical requirements before committing to implementation.

02

Technical design

Translate the reviewed legal structure into a technical specification, permissions and integration requirements.

03

Implementation

Configure token contracts, connect systems and test the agreed workflows before deployment.

04

Lifecycle support

Plan administration, reporting integrations, maintenance and continuity after issuance.

Assets & Use Cases

Explore what your token could represent.

01

Real estate

A token may represent shares in a property-owning company or a documented debt claim. It does not automatically transfer title to the property.

The document defines the right. The technology records and enforces configured rules.

FAQ

Does a token mean I own part of the property?

Not automatically. The token’s rights depend on the legal instrument and governing documents: for example, shares in a company or a debt claim against an issuer.

Is a dedicated project company always required?

No. An existing entity may be suitable. Legal advisers should assess ownership, liabilities, tax consequences and issuer powers before a structure is chosen.

Does tokenization guarantee funding or liquidity?

No. Funding depends on investor interest and permitted distribution. Transfers and any secondary market depend on restrictions, participants and available infrastructure.

Who receives investor funds?

The approved payment flow must identify the recipient, reconciliation process and any safeguarding arrangements. Ben X’s proposed technical scope does not include holding investor funds.

How much does a project cost?

A quotation follows assessment. Setup, ongoing support and external legal, valuation, audit and payment costs should be identified separately.
